Here’s How Get Well Grounded Month-to-Month Coaching Works…

Following your initial Strategy Session, we can continue our work together on a month-to-month basis.  Each month, we will schedule 2, 1-hour phone sessions.  During each session, we will: (1) monitor any pre-existing symptoms and re-adjust your goals as symptoms improve or disappear; (2) discuss changes in your health (what’s going great, as well as what needs more attention); and (3) create powerful action steps to move you toward your goals.  Between sessions, you will have unlimited e-mail access for support.  

Returning clients may decide to invest in 2-3 months of support up front.  You have that option in the drop-down menu below.

What’s a Get Well Grounded 1-Month Coaching Intensive?

Sometimes, either because of your personality or the challenge you’re facing, you need a little extra support.  That’s what a 1-Month Coaching Intensive is all about.  After your initial Strategy Session, we would schedule 1 month of weekly 1-hour coaching sessions (4 sessions over a 4-5 week period).  You can use this to jumpstart your results before continuing in the traditional month-to-month coaching (described above), OR you can use this program as a stand-alone experience.

A few common reasons to choose the 1-Month Intensive option:

(1) when you know you need some intensive, weekly support to jumpstart your healthy progress

(2) when you are interested in 1-on-1 support for a guided detox/cleanse

(3) when you are interested in 1-on-1 support for an elimination diet to identify food sensitivities or your personal energy-draining foods

(4) when you would like guidance to transition to a new diet/lifestyle
(e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free)
